2011 Disney Night of Joy

For the second consecutive year, the University of Oregon Gospel Singers won a national title: the Disney National Gospel Choir Fest. For winning, we performed for thousands of people at the world-famous Disney Night of Joy. Smokie Norful was the master of ceremonies.

T Jones

Here with Sax master Eldon ‘T’ Jones at my gospel concert’s Christmas concert, circa 2011. T is one of the baddest sax players in the land. With a super-soulful & smooth sound, T completely enhanced my choir’s sound. Smooth sax + gospel choir = winning.

T is a 10 times better man than he is sax player… and that’s saying a lot. He’s been a real mentor to me, both as a musician, and a man.
